Who should apply

Aircraft maintenance professionals interested in individual placements or project assignments. Include your technical discipline, licence details, aircraft experience and preferred locations.

Find an assignment that fits

The right placement depends on more than availability. We want to understand the work you know, where you can work, and the schedule and assignment duration that suit you.

How it works

  1. Submit your profile

Upload your CV and provide your experience and availability.

  2. Discuss your background

We review your profile and may contact you for further information.

  3. Review an opportunity

Where there is a suitable match, discuss the scope, location, timing and terms.

  4. Prepare for the assignment

Complete the agreed documentation and site onboarding.

The assignment experience

More than a CV
Your profile should tell us what you can bring to an assignment. Include the aircraft and systems you have worked on, the maintenance environments you know and the responsibilities you have held. Add licence and training details where relevant, together with your current availability.
Tell us what suits you
Some professionals prefer shorter projects. Others are looking for longer assignments or a particular work location. Share your preferences so we can consider them when reviewing an opportunity.
Know the details before you decide
When an opportunity is discussed, the location, technical scope, schedule, expected duration and terms should be clear. Ask about travel, accommodation, site requirements and reporting arrangements before accepting.
Prepare for the work
Assignment preparation may include qualification checks, work eligibility documentation, customer requirements and site onboarding. The requirements depend on the opportunity and should be confirmed before mobilisation.
Work within the customer environment
Assigned personnel are expected to follow the applicable procedures and work within their competence and authorisations. If a task, instruction or responsibility is unclear, raise it through the agreed reporting line.
Keep your profile current
Changes to your availability, licence, training or aircraft experience can affect which opportunities fit. Contact Aeromtx with updated information when your circumstances change.

Frequently asked questions

Does joining the roster guarantee an assignment?

No. Opportunities depend on customer requirements, your qualifications, work eligibility and availability.

Can I specify where and when I want to work?

Yes. Include your preferred locations and availability in your profile.

How are pay, travel and accommodation handled?

The commercial or employment terms, including any travel and accommodation arrangements, are discussed for the specific assignment before you accept.

Should I apply if I am currently on assignment?

Yes. Include your expected availability date and any preferences for your next assignment.

What if I do not see a vacancy that suits me?

You can submit a roster profile for consideration against future requirements. A profile does not guarantee an opportunity.
