Maintenance labour that fits the work.

From a single placement to a project team, Aeromtx helps airlines and MROs plan additional maintenance capacity around their requirements.

Flexible placement options

Short term placements
Bring in additional maintenance personnel for a defined period, a specific work package or a temporary staffing gap. Short term placements can support planned checks, seasonal workload, leave coverage and additional work identified during maintenance. We discuss the required skills, shifts and dates so the placement is aligned with the work.
Long term placements
Build continuity into your maintenance staffing plan with personnel assigned over a longer period. Long term placements can support sustained workload, recurring maintenance requirements and longer projects. We work through the technical profile, expected duration and working arrangements so assigned personnel can integrate with your existing team.
Bespoke project team support
Build a team around your project rather than selecting a standard package. Aeromtx can combine general mechanics, structures specialists and avionics personnel according to the work scope. Team composition, shift coverage and assignment periods are discussed against the project phases and milestones.
A skills mix that reflects the job
Some work packages need additional general mechanical capacity. Others require a concentrated structures or avionics team. Tell us where the technical demand sits and whether you need an individual specialist, a mixed discipline team or personnel supporting successive stages of a project.
Continuity and handover
For longer assignments or projects with several phases, discuss continuity requirements at the outset. Identify the reporting arrangements, handover expectations and any anticipated change in staffing so these can be considered in the assignment plan.

Skilled people across every discipline

Aeromtx's personnel network spans mechanical, structural and avionics disciplines, matched to the aircraft type, licence background and scope of work you define. The technical disciplines below outline the experience we draw on when assessing candidates for your assignment.

Technical disciplines

General aircraft mechanics
Maintenance personnel with experience in aircraft mechanical systems, inspections, scheduled maintenance, component replacement and defect rectification. Assignments are matched to the relevant aircraft experience, qualifications and customer requirements.
Structures and sheet metal
Structures personnel supporting airframe inspection, sheet metal work, structural repairs and modification tasks within the defined scope. Share the aircraft type, repair requirements, materials and relevant experience needed so the appropriate personnel profile can be assessed.
Avionics and electrical
Avionics personnel supporting aircraft electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting, wiring, component installation and modification tasks. Include the systems involved, required experience and any specific qualification or customer authorisation requirements.
Teams that combine disciplines
A work package may need mechanical, structures and avionics skills at different stages. Aeromtx can help scope a mixed discipline team around those requirements, including when each role is needed and how the personnel will work within your project organisation.
Experience beyond the licence
Aircraft familiarity, practical task experience and recent work history matter. We consider the work a person has performed alongside their formal credentials when discussing suitability for an assignment.

Licences and international experience

Aeromtx's personnel network includes mechanics and maintenance professionals with FAA, Mexican, Transport Canada, EASA Part 66 and Bolivian licence or certification backgrounds. We assess the individual's credentials and experience against the customer's assignment requirements.

FAA certificated mechanics
FAA mechanic certificate backgrounds, including Airframe and Powerplant qualifications where held. Customers should identify the ratings, aircraft experience and duties required for their particular assignment.
Mexican licensed personnel
Personnel holding Mexican aircraft maintenance licences, with qualifications and experience reviewed individually. Share the required technical discipline and work scope so the person's licence background and task experience can be considered together.
Transport Canada licensed personnel
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence backgrounds for assignments requiring Canadian qualifications. Required ratings, aircraft experience and customer authorisations are assessed for the specific role.
EASA Part 66 licence backgrounds
Personnel with Part 66 aircraft maintenance licence backgrounds. Include the required licence category, aircraft qualifications and intended responsibilities when defining your staffing requirement.
Bolivian licensed personnel
Personnel holding Bolivian aircraft maintenance licences, with credentials and relevant aircraft experience assessed for the assignment. Licensing and local assignment requirements are considered alongside the technical scope.
Discuss Your Licence Requirements

Match the credentials to the assignment

Licence backgrounds are not presented as interchangeable. Each assignment requires a review of the applicable credentials, ratings, experience and authorisations. Certification and release responsibilities are agreed within the customer's maintenance framework.

Multilingual maintenance personnel

Technical skills with language capability
Aeromtx's maintenance personnel include mechanics proficient in English, Spanish, French and Swahili. Language capability can be considered alongside technical experience when selecting personnel for a customer team or work location.
Communication that fits your team
Clear communication matters during task briefings, shift handovers and coordination on the maintenance floor. Tell us which languages your team uses and any proficiency requirements relevant to the assignment.
Multilingual people and multilingual teams
Some mechanics speak more than one language; others bring a particular language capability to a mixed team. We assess proficiency individually, so the proposed team reflects your communication needs without assuming every person speaks all four languages.
Technical documentation and working language
Conversational fluency and the ability to work confidently with technical documentation are different requirements. Include your documentation language, briefing language and any customer standards so these can be reviewed for the assignment.
For technicians
Tell us which languages you speak, read and write, and describe your proficiency in each. Highlight your experience working with technical documentation and maintenance teams in those languages.
