Project support built around the work package
A team requirement needs more than a total headcount. We discuss the mix of skills, aircraft experience and assignment durations needed to support your maintenance plan. Where your project has different phases, identify when each skill is required.
Heavy maintenance and planned inputs
Describe the scheduled input, expected labour requirement and project dates. Highlight particular areas of work, shift coverage and any inspection or supervisory requirements. This helps establish the team profile to be considered.
Modification and other defined projects
For modifications and other work packages, share the tasks, technical disciplines and relevant experience you need. Labour support is scoped to the assignment, with the customer's technical and approval responsibilities established separately.
When additional work emerges
If findings increase the workload or the schedule changes, revisit the staffing requirement early. Identify the extra tasks, skills and dates so the effect on the assignment can be discussed.
Urgent requirements
When staffing pressure is immediate, a concise technical brief helps. Tell us what must be done, where the aircraft or project is located, which qualifications are required and when support is needed. We assess suitable personnel and the practical mobilisation requirements.
Mobilisation considerations
Availability is only one part of the decision. Travel, work eligibility, site access, documentation and onboarding can affect when a person can start. These items should be discussed before a deployment date is agreed.
