Add capacity where your maintenance plan needs it.
Keep your staffing plan aligned with your maintenance workload. Aeromtx supports airlines and MROs seeking additional personnel for specific projects, periods of increased demand and unexpected gaps.

Who we support
For airlines
Support line and base maintenance requirements with personnel selected for the assignment. Share your aircraft types, required skills and operating locations so we can assess the fit.
For MROs
Build labour requirements around your project schedule. Whether you need individual placements or a team for a work package, define the skills mix and assignment period with Aeromtx.
Information that helps us respond
- Aircraft type and relevant systems experience.
- Required discipline, licence and authorisations.
- Number of personnel and any supervisory requirements.
- Work location, shift pattern and site access requirements.
- Proposed start date and duration.
- Scope of work and project milestones.
- Travel, accommodation and work eligibility requirements.
What to expect
We review your requirement, discuss available options and clarify assignment terms before mobilisation. The proposed arrangement should make the scope, responsibilities and communication contacts clear to your team.

Planning your requirement
For airline maintenance leaders
Tell us where the staffing pressure sits in your maintenance plan. A station requirement, a base maintenance input and an aircraft recovery task may each need a different personnel profile. Defining the work helps us discuss the support relevant to your operation.
For MRO project leaders
Share your planned inputs, skills gaps and timing. Where several projects overlap, indicate which work packages have the greatest staffing need and when additional labour would be useful. The team requirement can then be considered alongside your project sequence.
Through the assignment
Before mobilisation
Agree the scope and personnel profile. Confirm assignment dates and commercial terms. Identify travel, accommodation and site onboarding arrangements. Establish the customer contact and the reporting line for assigned personnel.
During the assignment
Keep communication tied to the work. If the scope, schedule or staffing requirement changes, raise it with the agreed contacts. Questions about technical instructions, supervision and certification follow the customer's applicable maintenance procedures.
At the end of the assignment
Confirm the end date, required handover and any site clearance requirements. Discuss an extension before the current assignment finishes if further support is needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can we request one person or a team?
Yes. Requirements can be scoped for an individual placement or a project team. Availability and suitability are reviewed for each request.
Can you support urgent requirements?
Submit the details and identify the urgency. We will assess available personnel and discuss feasible timing. Mobilisation depends on suitability, availability, travel and site requirements.
Can we specify aircraft experience and qualifications?
Yes. Include the experience, licences and authorisations required so these can be reviewed against the assignment.
Who supervises and certifies the work?
These responsibilities are agreed for each assignment within the customer's approved maintenance framework and applicable requirements. A labour placement does not itself confer certification authority.
Can we discuss an upcoming project before dates are final?
Yes. Share the likely timing, scope and skills mix, and identify what remains provisional. The final assignment details can be agreed once the requirement is sufficiently defined.
What if our requirement changes?
Let us know as early as possible. Changes to headcount, duration, scope or location may affect personnel availability and assignment terms.
Can we request particular technical disciplines?
Include each required discipline and the experience needed. We assess the request against suitable personnel rather than assuming that every discipline is available.
